Returns and Exchanges

If for any reason you are not satisfied with any part of your purchase,please return the items in new condition with tags attached. We will be happy to exchange or issue a refund.

Returns and exchanges should be received within 14 days from the date of order for Australian customers and within 45 days for International customers. 

Exchange

Post back the goods making sure you include all the information we will need to ensure the correct exchange or credit to your account:

- Invoice number,
- Name
- Address
- Phone number
- E-mail address
- Your requirements

If you would like to add items above the price of the original order, we will also need your credit card details.

How to make a Return or Exchange

Regular mail is generally fine or express post to return the goods.
